Review machining requirementsFor a new component, send the drawing, material and quantity. For an existing item, share photos, dimensions, current condition and the machining or marking needed before dispatching it to us.
Engraving and supplied-item requirements →Mark critical fits, datum relationships, final finish and any treatment. Confirm which dimensions need verification, whether CMM reporting is required and how the first component will be accepted.
ISO quality system and agreed inspection →There is no minimum order quantity. Setup, raw material, finishing and reporting still affect one-part pricing. For repeat production, agree the approved drawing revision and acceptance checks before scaling.
One part to repeat production →Send your drawing from your city and plan delivery from our Hyderabad manufacturing base. Other destinations are welcome too.
Share the receiving city, postcode, required date and packing needs. Domestic courier or another suitable transport route is reviewed for the component size and weight. If you supply the workpiece, agree inbound handling and the return address as well. Manufacturing time and transit time are separate.
Yes. Drawing-based component enquiries are welcome from major Indian cities and other towns. Manufacturing is based in Hyderabad; send the drawing, material, quantity and receiving postcode so the process, inspection and delivery can be reviewed together.
Yes. CMM verification and reporting can be arranged for the drawing features agreed before quotation, using an Electronica Saphire 564. Identify the datums, critical features, sampling and report format; the inspection coverage is confirmed for your component.
