Information you send

Contact details, project requirements and optional drawings submitted through this site are used to review enquiries, prepare quotations and communicate about manufacturing requirements. If you need an NDA, contact us before sharing files.

Enquiry services

The enquiry form uses Google Firebase for record and file storage. Notification services can deliver enquiry details and time-limited file links to the responsible team. A backup enquiry record may also be stored. Approved staff access is controlled by the configured service rules.

Cookies and optional analytics

You can accept or reject Google Analytics cookies. Analytics is off until you accept. If you accept, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, engagement, contact-link clicks and successful enquiry requests. Contact clicks do not tell us whether a call or message was completed.

We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies may also last up to 180 days. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the site or sending an enquiry.

We do not include your name, email, phone number, drawing files or enquiry text in the analytics events we send. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in this integration. Google processes analytics information through its services; see how Google uses information from websites.

Other website services

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Telephone, email, Instagram and WhatsApp links open the corresponding services when you choose to use them. The analytics choice does not control these services. Necessary enquiry and staff sign-in functions use their own service storage where required. This release does not add advertising trackers or automatic IP-location lookup.
