Is the DFM call free?
Yes. The initial design-for-manufacturing call with Suguna’s engineer is free for up to 25 minutes. If more discussion is needed, we agree a follow-up or separate call. Detailed design work, manufacturing, samples and additional services are scoped and quoted separately before you commit.
Do I need a finished drawing?
No. Tell us your project stage and the question you want to resolve. A sketch, sample photograph or preliminary model can help; a released drawing is needed before a manufacturing scope can be agreed.
Will a call confirm that my design is ready to manufacture?
The conversation identifies practical questions and next steps. Final feasibility, tolerances, inspection and manufacturing scope need review of the complete requirement before quotation and production.
How is the call time arranged?
Send a request with your preferred times and time zone. Our team will contact you to agree a suitable time. A request does not reserve a slot.
What should I send before the call?
Share as much relevant detail as possible: the part/function, project stage, material and quantity, drawing or photos where available, critical features, main manufacturing concern and required date. This helps the engineer prepare. Contact us first for an NDA before sharing confidential files.
